DSWA's Collection Stations operate on a "pay-as-you-throw" basis, where each bag of garbage disposed of is $1.00.
To protect the safety of the operator and the users of our collection stations, NO CASH TRANSACTIONS take place
on site. Therefore pre-paid tickets must be purchased and are available in $10.00 increments.
DSWA offers $10 tickets through this web site (use the button to the right to purchase online
with a credit card), or in person at DSWA's Administrative Building in Dover, our Jones Crossroads Landfill, and
at the Sussex County Administration Building in Georgetown.

 From the North: Travel Rt. 13 South,
Approx 1.5 miles after Cheswold light, take right turn on to Fork Branch Road. The collection station will be
located ½ mile on the left, next to the Reichhold Chemicals Facility.
From the South: Travel Rt. 13 North,
approx ¾ mile past Denny’s Road, left turn onto Fork Branch Road. The collection station will be located ½ mile on the left, next to
the Reichhold Chemicals Facility.

turn left onto Beach Highway (Rt. 16), Turn right onto N. Old State Road follow for approx 1 mile.
From the South: Travel Rt. 113 North,
turn right onto Beach Highway (Rt. 16), Turn right onto N. Old State Road follow for approx 1 mile.

From the North: Travel South on
Rt. 30 to the intersection with Mt. Joy Road turn left onto Mt. Joy Road. Travel approx. 5 miles. The collection
station will be on the left hand side just before Cannon Rd. (Look for the radio tower)
From the South: Go North on Rt.
113 to the intersection with Rt.24 at Millsboro. Turn right on to Rt. 24 East. Travel approx 2 miles until you
reach Maryland Camp Rd., turn right onto Maryland Camp Rd. Follow Maryland Camp Rd until you reach Mt. Joy Road.
Turn right onto Mt. Joy Road, the collection station will be on the left hand side (look for radio tower).

of Rt. 26, County Road 54 and County Road 365 at Clarksville; go south on Country Road 365 for 1 ¼ miles to
County Road 373 (Burton Farm Road) Turn right onto County Road 373 and go 1 ¾ miles. The collection station
is on the left hand side of the road.
From the South: Go Northeast on
Rt. 17 through Roxana to the intersection of County Road 365. Turn left and head north on County Road 365 for
½ mile to the intersection of County Road 373 (Burton Farm Road). Turn left on County Road 373 and go 1 ¾ miles.
The collection station is on the left and side of the road.
