B. FY 2022 Budget – Staff will make a recommendation to the Committee concerning the FY 2022 Budget.
C. Capital Improvement Program (CIP) – Staff will make a recommendation to the Committee on the Proposed 10-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
Business & Governmental Services
D. Statewide Tire Recycling Program Contract S-21-840-SW – Staff will make a recommendation to the Committee regarding the Statewide Tire Recycling Program Contract S-21-840-SW.
E. ReCommunity Delaware, LLC Service Agreement – Staff will make a recommendation to the Committee regarding the ReCommunity Delaware, LLC Service Agreement.

F. Regular Part-Time Weighmaster I at Central Solid Waste Management Center (CSWMC) and DSWA’s Transfer Stations – Staff will make a recommendation to the Committee to approve an additional Regular Part-Time Weighmaster at Central Solid Waste Management Center (CSWMC) and DSWA’s Transfer Stations.
G. Recycling Technicians – Pay Grades – Staff will make a recommendation to the Committee to approve two (2) additional pay grades for the Recycling Technician position.
