 A. MINUTES – The minutes of the June 29, 2017, Board of Directors meeting of the Delaware Solid Waste Authority require approval.

 Report of the Technical Affairs and Facilities Management Committee

 B. Cell 3 & 4 Partial Capping Phase II at the Southern Solid Waste Management Center (SSWMC) – Contract C-17-772-SS

The Committee recommends the Board award the contract for the Cell 3 & 4 Partial Capping Phase II at the Southern Solid Waste Management to A-Del Construction as the low bidder.

C. THE SOUTHERN SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT CENTER RECYCLING AREA – CONTRACT C-17-773-SS – The Committee recommends the Board award the contract for the Recycling Area at the Southern Solid Waste Management Center to Common Sense Solutions LLC as the low bidder.

Report of the Administrative & Citizens’ Affairs Committee

D.  STATEWIDE COLLECTION OF MATERIALS FROM DSWA DROP-OFF CENTERS – CONTRACT S-17-775-SW – The Committee recommends the Board award the contract for the Statewide Collection of Materials From DSWA Drop-Off Centers for Northern Sites to Trash Tech as the low bidder for Option A and for the Southern Sites to BFI Waste Services/Republic for Option B.

E. CONTRIBUTIONS – The Committee recommends the Board approve the request for sponsorship from the American Heart Association in accordance with DSWA’s Policy Guidance on Contributions.
