B. Natural Disaster Tipping Fee Program – Staff will propose a new program, the Natural Disaster Tipping Fee Program.

C. Recycling Partnership – Staff will inform the Committee about a pilot program to work with the Recycling Partnership, Town of Smyrna and Waste Management, to minimize contamination of single stream recycling.
D. Drug and Alcohol Policy – Staff will update the Committee on adding exceptions for Medical Marijuana Act into the Drug and Alcohol Policy.
