B. The Purchase of Property CNZ LLC, Hardscrabble Road- Georgetown – Staff will make a recommendation to purchase the CNZ LLC, Hardscrabble Road-Georgetown property.

C. Request to Negotiate with Clean Harbors Environmental Services for the Statewide Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program Contract No. S-22-886-SW – Staff will request permission from the Committee to proceed with negotiations for the aforementioned contract.

D. Post Bond Indenture Bank Account Changes – Staff will recommend the proposed changes in accordance with the Post Bond Indenture Account terms.


 E. Keep Delaware Beautiful – Staff will apprise the Committee of the upcoming initiatives, Keep Delaware Beautiful.
