 A. Technical & Facilities Management Committee Meeting Notes – The meeting notes from the January 13, 2022, meeting are attached.

 ACTION:

 B. Purchase and Service of a New Articulated Truck and Sale of Delaware Solid Waste Authority’s (DSWA) Used Articulated Truck for the Southern Solid Waste Management Center (SSWMC) – Contract P-21-861-SS –  Staff will make a recommendation concerning the purchase and service of a new articulated truck and sale of DSWA’s used articulated truck for the SSWMC.

C. Purchase and Service of a New Small Bulldozer and Sale of Delaware Solid Waste Authority’s (DSWA) Used Small Bulldozer for the Southern Solid Waste Management Center (SSWMC) – Contract P-21-862-SS – Staff will make a recommendation concerning the purchase and service of a new small bulldozer and sale of DSWA’s used small bulldozer for the SSWMC.

D. Operation and Maintenance of the Pine Tree Corners Transfer Station (PTCTS) – Contract O-21-858-NT –  Staff will make a recommendation concerning the award of the operation and maintenance contract for the Pine Tree Corners Transfer Station.

 E. Operation and Maintenance of the Milford Transfer Station (MTS) –Contract O-21-859-CM – Staff will make a recommendation concerning the award of the operation and maintenance contract for the Milford Transfer Station

F. Operation and Maintenance of the Route 5 Transfer Station (RT5TS) –Contract O-21-860-SR – Staff will make a recommendation concerning the award of the operation and maintenance contract for the Route 5 Transfer Station.
