Pursuant to 7 Delaware Code, Section 6403, 6406, 6421 and other pertinent provisions of 7 Delaware Code, Chapter 64, the Delaware Solid Waste Authority will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the Proposed Budget and Statewide User Fee for FY 2027.
The Public Hearing is being conducted to enable the public to comment on the Proposed Budget and Statewide User Fee for Fiscal Year 2027. Following is the date, time, and location of the Public Hearing.
Under Title 29, Section 10006A of the Delaware Code, the Public Hearing meeting will be held virtually meeting utilizing Zoom Webinar.
