B. Proposed FY 2024 Budget – Staff will seek permission to go to the Public Hearing.
C. Capital Improvement Program – Staff will review the Proposed 10-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
D. Education Outreach Report – Staff will apprise the Committee of the Education Outreach Report for January-March, 2023.
