A. MINUTES – The minutes of the June 24, 2021, Board of Directors meeting of the Delaware Solid Waste Authority require approval.

B. PURCHASE OF 18139 SHILOH CHURCH ROAD PROPERTY – The Committee recommends the purchase of the property at 18139 Shiloh Church Road, Georgetown, Delaware.

Report of the Technical and Facilities Management Committee

C. CONSTRUCTION OF A LEACHATE STORAGE TANK AT THE CENTRAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT CENTER – CONTRACT C-21-841-CS – The Committee recommends awarding the contract for the Construction of a Leachate Storage Tank to Worth & Company, Inc. as the most responsive bidder.

D. LEGAL ADVICE – Pursuant to 29 Del. C. Section 10004(b), the Board of Directors anticipates that it may go into Executive Session for the purpose of obtaining legal advice.
