B. FINANCIAL AUDIT – The Committee recommends the Board accept the independent auditor’s report of the financial statements of net position of Delaware Solid Waste Authority as of June 30, 2026 and 2025, prepared by Wipfli, LLP.
C. EXECUTIVE SESSION – Pursuant to 29 Del. C. Section 10004(b)(9), the Board of Directors intends to meet in executive session to deliberate on and select the Authority’s next Chief Operating Officer.
