B. Executive Session – Pursuant to 29 Del. C. Section 10004(b), the Board of Directors needs to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing potential real estate acquisitions for the purpose of future landfill expansion.

 C through E.  Purchase of Individual Interests in Property and Dwelling at 562 Mahan Corner Road – The Board recommends approval of the purchase of two (2) one-third individual interests in 562 Mahan Corner Road, Marydel, Delaware, and a dwelling on the property.

 D. Pay Scale Adjustment – The Committee recommends the Board approve an adjustment to Non-Exempt Operations/Landfill positions pay grades.

E. Capping of Area A/B at the Central Solid Waste Management Center –Contract No. C-24-900-CS – The Committee recommends the Board award the contract for the Capping of Area A/B at the Central Solid Waste Management Center to Allan Myers MD, Inc.

G. Route 5 Transfer Station Tipping Floor Trench Drain Replacement – Contract No. C-23-881-SR – The Committee recommends the Board award the contract for the Route 5 Transfer Station Tipping Floor Trench Drain Replacement to Stevenson Concrete Construction.

Latex Paint Collection- Jones Crossroads Landfill

Residents can bring their latex paint to a collection in a quart, gallon or 5 gallon metal or plastic containers.

Household Hazardous Waste Collection- Southern Recycling Center (Jones Crossroads Landfill)

Household Hazardous Waste are collected from 10am-2pm. Household Hazardous Waste can include items such as household cleaners, garden pesticides, oil-based paint, nail polish, fluorescent bulbs, and antifreeze.

Electronics Recycling Available Monday-Saturday, 8:30am-3:30pm

Document Shredding Available the 1st Monday of each month, 10am-2pm

NO LATEX PAINT
Latex Paint is collected on the LAST Monday of each month, 10am-2pm

Latex Paint Collection- Jones Crossroads Landfill

Residents can bring their latex paint to a collection in a quart, gallon or 5 gallon metal or plastic containers.
